The campsite
Le Soustran*** is a small, nice, charming campsite with Dutch owners. The campsite is located next to Lac de Triouzoune (also called Lake Neuvic), located in central/south France in beautiful Corrèze. A wooded, water-rich (lakes, rivers and waterfalls) and hilly environment (600m) close to Plateau de Millevaches, on the edge of the Auvergne with beautiful views of the mountain peaks of the Cantal (Puy Mary) and 7km from the river Dordogne.

Facilities
There is room at the campsite to romp and play in a safe, well-organized environment. Of course, a nicely furnished playhouse for the little ones should not be missing, there are 2 trampolines, swings, slide, a football table, ping-pong table and of course a pétanque court. The swimming pool invites you to cool down. There is an attractive recreation room with children’s toys, games and a mini library. How about roasting marshmallows by the campfire, that can be done (almost) every evening. We also have a bar and petit restaurant with a menu for the inner person, which makes the holiday complete. As well as the pleasant long table evening and the BBQ. Dogs are welcome with us. The beautiful and clean sanitary building is an eye-catcher and has often been photographed by guests. There is free WIFI on almost the entire site. Come and enjoy camping at Camping Le Soustran, you are very welcome!

Environment
In the not so unknown Haute – Corrèze it is not yet so touristy. Here you will find natural beauty, it is a beautiful hilly area with many lakes and rivers (including Gorges de la Dordogne) and views. There is plenty to see and do in the area surrounding the campsite. This is the place for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, peace seekers and beach, swimming and fishing enthusiasts. In the reception of the campsite you will find a wide range of brochures with all kinds of different excursions and events. Think of a climbing park, various castles, waterfalls, museums etc etc.

This is also an area par excellence for beautiful walks, MTB tours and for there is plenty of challenge for cyclists. We are happy to share the special places with you personally. You will find the nearest village 4 km away, where you can find everything you need, bakers, butchers, supermarkets, charging stations, restaurants including a pharmacy. 2 sandy beaches are also 4 km away, although you can also reach the water on foot to take a lovely dip, count on a 5 to 10 minute walk.
